Cancellation/Reschedule: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required.

Late Cancellations (under 48 hours): 75% of the booked service price will be charged.

No-Show: 100% of the service price charged. Repeat no-shows will require a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrival: Over 15 minutes late will result in rescheduling and a 50% charge of the service booked.

Exceptions: Only verified emergencies considered.

Payment: Fees may be charged to the card on file or invoiced; unpaid balances must be settled before future bookings.
